We intend to conduct our activities in Misch to the highest standard of environmental obligation, including compliance with all environmental laws.

All miners must comply in all respects with the Environment Management Act (2005) which is modern (though somewhat simplified) environmental protection legislation. It significantly relies on self regulation with both legal and community (political) penalties for failure to be pro-active.
